GLUTEN-FREE

Celiac disease is a permanent intolerance to gluten, which are proteins found in wheat and in certain other grains, such as barley, rye, oat, Kamut, emmer, and spelt, and products made from these grains, such as bulgur and seitan. In order to help sufferers of celiac disease live safer, worry-free lives, Fabbri 1905 has been working alongside our customers to learn how to cook foods more safely without having to compromise on flavor or creativity. VEGAN

Vegans follow a diet and philosophy of life that reject the use of any product of animal origin. In order to be suitable for vegans, a product must be made in a manner that in no way involves the exploitation of animals. Here, too, in order to meet the diverse needs of our customers, Fabbri 1905 provides a wide range of products for vegans.

HALAL

Halal is an Arabic word meaning “permissible”, and Halal Italia certification covers all products made in Italy that are permissible according to Islamic law, from raw materials to finished goods, preparation to transformation, storage to distribution, sales to service. With Halal certification, Fabbri 1905 wants to assure our customers that the products and ingredients used followed wholesome processes and procedures that meet Halal quality standards throughout production.

KOSHER

Kosher, meaning “fit”, refers to foods that are fit for consumption according to Jewish religious dietary laws. In order for a finished product to be kosher according to Jewish laws and customs, it must be prepared using ingredients and equipment that are also certified to be kosher. At Fabbri 1905, quality is our mission, and this includes a focus on the needs of the consumer as a primary objective. For this reason, we offer a wide range of products that are certified kosher.
